About me
I am deeply passionate about Youth Services and strongly believe in centering youth voices in everything we do. I value opportunities that actively engage teens and empower them to share their ideas and opinions about library programs, collections, and how we can better serve them and their communities.When approaching me on youth-related topics, I welcome conversations around meaningful teen engagement, Teen Advisory Board development and activities, and strategies for creating inclusive, youth-driven spaces. I am especially interested in discussions about how to support teens emotionally and mentally, and how libraries can respond thoughtfully to their needs.I approach youth work with collaboration, empathy, and respect, and I appreciate ideas that uplift youth leadership, creativity, and well-being.
